Newfoundland Sales Solutions is hiring a Full-time Client Sales Associate to join our growing team in Newfoundland & Labrador. In this role, you'll be the front line for building relationships with new and existing clients, driving sales, and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs through face-to-face interactions.

This full time role is built for long-term growth. No prior sales or telecom experience needed; we provide hands-on development from day one and focus on building your skills, confidence, and career trajectory.

What You'll Do:

This Client Sales Associate role puts you directly in the community, introducing residents to our service solutions through hands-on outreach.
Engage with prospective and existing customers face-to-face to identify needs and present solutions




Drive sales by building rapport and closing deals with homeowners
Present products/services clearly and confidently
Build and maintain solid customer relationships through regular follow-up
Match customers with the service package that best fits their home and lifestyle
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Accurately track customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM
Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
Serve as a positive, professional representative of the company in every interaction

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
