Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and effective Bartender who can also serve, to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves mixing drinks, serving customers, and ensuring all food safety standards are met, contributing to an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using Toast POS system
Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and change.
Ensure responsible serving by monitoring guest alcohol consumption in accordance with legal guidelines.
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming setting through excellent customer service skills.

Requirements




Prior experience in food industry or restaurant environment preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles.
Knowledge of Toast POS systems would be a preference
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
Understanding of food safety regulations, food handling, and proper sanitation procedures.
Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and calculating bills accurately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry. This position offers an engaging work environment where your hospitality skills can shine while ensuring guests have memorable experiences.

Pay: $18.25 per hour
