Looking to hire a Skilled Labourer for Residential Homebuilding

We are a growing residential home builder in the greater St John's area, and are looking for a reliable, skilled labourer to join our team. This role offers full-time, year-round employment with consistent hours and a variety of work across all phases of a home build.

RESPONSIBILITIES
General site cleanup and organization to maintain a clean and secure job site
Complete various inspection and fire code requirements as needed throughout builds
Assist or complete small carpentry tasks
Assist across all stages of turnkey residential construction as required

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites




Knowledge of power tools
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety
Previous experience in residential construction is an asset
