Job Summary

FNG Packaging is a global packaging company specializing in adaptable packaging solutions for the food and pet food industry.

We are looking for a highly organized Buyer to manage internal production orders, production order schedules, supplier communication, and shipment coordination. This is an operations-focused role that ensures customer orders are produced and delivered on time.

Duties
Issue and manage purchase orders
Monitor production schedules and follow up on order status
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time production and delivery
Communicate daily with our Asia Office
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers
Track incoming inventory and replenish stock as needed
Maintain accurate purchasing records and excel data
Work closely with Sales and Operations to prioritize customer orders
Resolve supply chain issues proactively and communicate updates internally
Support continuous improvements in purchasing and supply chain processes

Qualifications
2+ years of purchasing, buying, supply chain related experience
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Able to speak, read and write Korean is a strong asset




Comfortable working with overseas suppliers across different time zones
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with CIN7 software is a strong asset
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following industries is considered an asset:

Pay: $55,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
