Application Support Specialist (Junior)

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 13 months

Work Model: 5 days onsite

Role Summary:

Support and maintain 200 Java applications in a shared hosting setting. Handle incident triage, service requests, change implementation, configuration management, operational support, and reporting while ensuring reliable middleware and cloud infrastructure services.

Must-Have Skills:
IBM WebSphere Application Server (NDM & Liberty)
IBM DataPower
UrbanCode Deploy & UrbanCode Velocity
Middleware monitoring (ITCAM, Dynatrace)
OpenShift, Kubernetes & Ansible
ITIL Incident & Change Management

Nice to Have:
Remedy/eSMT or other service management tools
Power BI/reporting tools
Robust communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills
