Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive automotive repairs, including engine diagnostics, brake work, suspension repairs, and electrical system troubleshooting
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
Lift heavy vehicle parts safely using proper techniques and equipment to ensure efficient repairs
Follow manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines to deliver high-quality workmanship
Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle




Collaborate with team members to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of all service requests

Qualifications
Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs
Dealership or automotive repair shop experience preferred but not required
Transmission knowledge is an asset, but not mandatory
Mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
Robust attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Valid mechanic certification or relevant technical training is a plus
Willingness to learn current techniques and stay updated on industry advancements
