As a Construction Laborer, you'll support skilled tradespeople by preparing sites, handling materials, and assisting with various construction tasks.

Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for effective workflow
Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and fastening materials
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate project execution
Mix and pour concrete, perform concrete finishing, and assist with masonry and concrete forming activities
Support carpentry tasks like framing, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall setup




Perform general maintenance and restoration work on existing structures as needed

Qualifications
Prior construction experience or hands-on work in building environments preferred
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with clarity
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
Knowledge of construction techniques including concrete finishing, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, and flooring installation
Familiarity with safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and site safety standards
Strong physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor throughout the day
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting project goals
