Duties
Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and hands-on inspection techniques
Perform repairs on various appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers
Utilize electrical knowledge to identify wiring problems, motor failures, or control board malfunctions
Apply mechanical skills to replace parts, assemble components, and ensure proper appliance operation
Appliance installation Service
Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to guide repair procedures
Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips




Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings

Requirements
Proven electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot wiring and electronic components
Solid mechanical knowledge related to appliance assembly and disassembly
Hands-on experience in appliance repair or related technical fields such as HVAC or electronics
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and professionally
Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for appliance troubleshooting
Basic assembly skills for installing or replacing appliance parts and components
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
