You will oversee all phases of project execution while building solid teams and ensuring safety compliance. Your expertise in managing diverse projects will be vital to the success of our operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead all project management activities in office
Ensure successful project transition from estimating to execution
Build and mentor effective project teams
Promote safety and compliance with regulations
Manage stakeholder relations and procurement efforts

Requirements:
10+ years in the construction industry, 5+ in leadership roles
Post-secondary education in engineering or construction management
Extensive knowledge in Civil Works and large-scale projects
Familiarity with alternative project delivery methods
Willingness to travel across Canada
