Duties
Install Duradek vinyl deck membranes, ensuring precise application for waterproofing and longevity
Measure, cut, and assemble aluminum railing systems according to project specifications and schematics
Read Basic plan layouts
Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns to complete installations efficiently
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or restoring existing structures for optimal adhesion and finish




Apply caulking and sealants to ensure watertight joints and professional finishes
Follow safety protocols diligently while working with power tools, ladders, and scaffolding

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and construction equipment used in decking and railing installation.
Play full attitude towards employee to keep up with our company culture.
Construction experience with an overall grasp on construction work
Understanding of workplace safety and health.
