Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers with precision and care.
Operate the Micros POS system for processing transactions efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
Assist in food preparation and serving as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during peak hours.




Uphold food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for patrons.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
