We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ceramic Coating Installer to join established detailing shop. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality ceramic coatings to vehicles. Responsibilities
Prepare vehicle surfaces by thoroughly cleaning and decontaminating and paint correcting.
Apply ceramic coatings with precision, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
Inspect finished work for quality, smoothness, and even coverage, making adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials
Use appropriate tools and equipment to ensure effective application and safety standards are met
Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs
Qualifications
Prior experience in vehicle detailing, cleaning, or applying protective coatings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures accurately
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and materials used in automotive care is a plus
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
