Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in various areas of the facility
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials according to established procedures
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with sanitation standards
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly




Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards

Qualifications
Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial settings
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks on time
Positive physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
