We are searching for an experienced & agile dental administrator to join our wonderful team! The position is PT to start, with potential to become FT. Must be available to work in Calgary and Okotoks. No evenings or weekends!

Minimum of 1 year dental experience is a must. Experience working in an orthodontic office is strongly preferred as well as knowledge of Dolphin software A few of the key day to day tasks for this role are:
Welcoming patients into the practice
Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments efficiently and appropriately
Handling insurance inquiries,



submitting claims
Review and set up patient financial contracts

If you are exceptional at multitasking, familiar with direct billing, pay solid attention to details, are efficient and take initiative to complete tasks, reliable and most importantly, strive to provide the best possible customer service experience, we want to hear from you!
