Join our team! L.C.L. Excavation is hiring an experienced Dump Truck Driver to support our municipal and civil construction projects. This role involves safely hauling materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and excavated material to and from job sites.

Key Responsibilities
Operate tandem dump trucks safely and efficiently
Haul gravel, sand, asphalt, and other materials to and from project sites
Perform proper loading, unloading, and dumping procedures
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues
Maintain accurate trucking logs, load tickets, and delivery records
Work closely with site supervisors, loader operators, and crews
Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies





What We’re Looking For
Valid Class 3 or Class 1 driver’s license with clean abstract
Experience operating dump trucks in construction or hauling operations
Solid understanding of safe driving, weight limits, and proper dumping techniques
Reliable, qualified, and able to work in quick-paced settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
