Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Swamper to join our dynamic team! Duties
Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Assist with loading and unloading cargo, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring items are handled carefully and securely
Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to verify their condition and report any maintenance needs promptly
Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery receipts for record-keeping purposes
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any delivery issues
Support the driver in navigating routes,



managing traffic, and ensuring timely deliveries
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during vehicle operation and cargo handling

Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial or heavy vehicles is preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of loading or unloading cargo
Robust knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and dispatchers
Physical stamina to handle long periods of driving, loading, and unloading tasks
Attention to detail for inspecting vehicles, verifying shipments, and completing documentation accurately
