Who You Are
2+ years in a high-volume café or bar setting — you know how to move behind the bar with a team.
Detail-obsessed. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.
Emotionally intelligent — you can read a room, connect with guests, and educate without ego.
Food Handlers Certification is a strong asset.
