Initiate guest itineraries before arrival
Manage special requests and arrangements
Maintain up-to-date local guides and brochures
Ensure dining options are current and reservations made
Assist with excursions, lift tickets, and tee times

Requirements:
Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus
Robust attention to detail with problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Familiarity with Kananaskis and its offerings
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
