About Homa
Homa is one of the fastest-growing exterior building maintenance companies in the National Capital Region. We specialize in commercial and residential caulking, high-rise and low-rise window cleaning, rope access services, soft washing, anchor inspections, and permanent lighting.
We're looking for an ambitious estimator who wants to help build one of the region's leading commercial caulking divisions.
What You'll Do
Meet clients and perform site visits
Call Facebook leads and offer quotes over the phone
Schedule Caulking jobs and assign the right team to perform the work
Measure windows, joints, control joints, expansion joints, and building envelope repairs
Read architectural drawings and specifications
Prepare detailed estimates and proposals
Follow up on quotations until projects are awarded
Build relationships with property managers, general contractors, and developers
Attend pre-tender site meetings
Coordinate project handoffs with operations
Keep CRM and estimating software up to date
Help identify current bidding opportunities
Qualifications
Experience estimating commercial caulking or construction projects
Ability to read construction drawings
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable inspecting buildings when required
Valid driver's licence
Bilingual (English/French) required
Compensation
$25/hour
4% commission on sold projects
Example Earnings
Base wage (40 hrs/week): ~$52,000/year
Sell $600,000 in caulking: $24,000 commission
Total: ~$76,000
Sell $1,000,000:
$40,000 commission
Total compensation: ~$92,000
Top performers can earn significantly more as the division grows.
