Duties
Safely operate vehicles for transporting children, seniors, or clients, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing seat belts, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
Maintain cleanliness and basic mechanical condition of the vehicle through regular inspections and minor upkeep
Communicate clearly with clients regarding schedules, routes, and any delays or changes in plans
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger needs courteously and professionally
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs




Support in coordinating transportation schedules for multiple clients, including special needs or senior care appointments

Skills
Proven experience working with children or seniors in a caregiving or transportation capacity
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and English, to serve diverse communities effectively
Solid communication skills for engaging with passengers, team members, and caregivers
Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics for troubleshooting minor issues and performing routine maintenance
Customer service expertise with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to teach or guide passengers on safety procedures when necessary
Writing skills for completing logs, reports, or documentation accurately
