We are seeking an energetic and friendly individual to join our team as a Barista/All Rounder, Server. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with precision and flair as a skilled barista.
Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash or card payments with basic math skills.
Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met while maintaining food safety regulations.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly, timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Manage multiple responsibilities including cashiering, food service, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas.




Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food prep, serving tables, or other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling, hygiene practices, and workplace safety.

Experience
Previous experience working in the food industry or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Barista experience is highly desirable; familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is important for ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction.
