We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the following:
Delivering Orders: Transporting pizzas and other food items safely and promptly to customers' locations.
Navigating Routes: Knowing and following efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Customer Service: Providing friendly and qualified service when interacting with customers during deliveries.
Handling Payments: Collecting payments from customers, if required, and returning change accurately.
Maintaining Vehicle: Ensuring the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Following Safety Procedures: Adhering to traffic laws and safety standards to maintain a protected driving record.
Assisting in Store Operations: Helping out with tasks inside the store during non-delivery times, such as preparing orders or answering phones.
Managing Orders:
Organizing deliveries efficiently, especially during peak times, to minimize wait times for customers.
Communication: Communicating effectively with store staff and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Resolving any issues that arise during deliveries, such as incorrect orders or customer concerns, in a skilled manner.
These duties ensure that delivery drivers contribute to the overall customer experience and operational efficiency of the pizza store.
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of local roads and routes.
Excellent time management skills.
