Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience
Perform a variety of hair styling services, including haircuts, trims, shaves, and beard grooming
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide appropriate recommendations
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client's experience and increase revenue
Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sanitizing tools and equipment
Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling payments

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Barber or hairstylist
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products and services




Effective communication skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate recommendations
Proficient in a variety of hair styling techniques and trends
Knowledge of sanitation practices for tools and equipment
Ability to multitask and handle front desk duties when needed
