This is a seasonal position beginning September 2026 and concluding December 31, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting up and clearing function rooms; ensuring requirements are correct as per the Banquet Event Order (B.E.O.).
Polishing cutlery and glassware and setting tables for meal service.
Greet conveyors and guests in the function rooms.
Serving and clearing meals.
Providing ongoing service while clearing cutlery, plates, etc…from previous courses.
Answering general guest questions and addressing concerns.
Communication any concerns regarding food quality to Banquet Manager/Assistant.
Complete side duty and cleaning lists as required.
Perform all duties in a safe manner according to established protected work practices.
Report any accidents, injuries, near misses and/or hazardous conditions.
Other related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified appearance and demeanor.




Effective communication and customer service skills.
Reliable and punctual, and able to work without supervision.
Organized and able to work cooperatively and effectively with other associates.
Must be minimum 18 years of age for the purpose of serving alcohol.
Preference will be given to candidates with banquet service experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with ProServe Certification

HOURS OF WORK: Days of the week vary according to business levels. Shift can range between 5:00am - 2:00am; weekends and holidays required. REPORTS TO: Assistant Outlets Manager, Director of Food & Beverage
