Hours of work are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Operate scanning equipment to digitize a variety of physical documents.
Ensure high-quality image capture by adjusting settings and troubleshooting scanning devices as needed.
Perform data entry tasks by accurately inputting information into databases and spreadsheets.
Organize physical documents prior to scanning to facilitate efficient workflow.
Verify scanned images for clarity, completeness,
and accuracy; perform quality control checks regularly.
Maintain detailed records of scanned documents.
Support data collection initiatives by extracting relevant information from physical files and ensuring proper documentation.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills necessary for data entry and document management.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Attention to detail to ensure all scanned images meet quality standards; ability to perform data collection accurately.
Basic understanding of office equipment such as scanners, photocopiers, and related technology.
Pay: $3,250.00-$4,000.00 per month
