Mueller Enterprises Ltd. is looking to hire and Administrative Assistant – AP / AR / Payroll Support/ Front Counter Support (Full-Time)

Immediate start required.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and office operations. This role focuses on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll assistance, general bookkeeping tasks, and front counter support.

Location: Williams Lake, BC (local candidates preferred)

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: To be determined based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Assist with payroll processing
Support Workers’ Compensation (WCB) reporting
Assist with Accounts Payable (A/P):
Enter vendor invoices
Track payment due dates
Help prepare payments
Assist with Accounts Receivable (A/R):
Create invoices
Apply payments
Follow up on outstanding accounts
Perform general bookkeeping duties
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Provide administrative support as needed
Front counter support when needed





Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred
Robust bookkeeping skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Sage 50 or willingness to learn
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning recent systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
