Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Assist customers with product inquiries, demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and properly priced
Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and maximize sales opportunities
Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries





Skills
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is advantageous
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively while maintaining professionalism
Strong organizational skills for managing merchandising tasks and inventory checks
Effective time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
Bilingual capabilities to serve a broader customer base; familiarity with retail merchandising standards
