Exhibit professionalism through phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
Requirements
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, particularly in technology-related products.
Solid basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers confidently.
