Position : Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) – Salesforce

Location: Onsite at Toronto, ON

Duration: 6 to 12 month of contract with possible

Job Summary:

Client are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to support business initiatives and technology product delivery for Client. This is a predominantly business-facing role (approximately 80%), working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, drive project execution, and coordinate feature delivery. The role supports Salesforce-based initiatives along with other business technology projects.
This is 80% business facing role and sit in business (not IT)
5 years’ experience working closely with business to deliver technology products
Lead requirements discussions with business
Drive requirements delivery with WW team




Manage all SDLC phases to deliver feature changes to Canada business
Conduct Testing
Plan and support rollout activities - training, comms and post GoLive support
Majority Salesforce project + Other non-projects
SFDC experience desired (Sales / Marketing Campaign). Candidate will support capabilities built on Salesforce
Solid communication skills to lead and manage product feature discussions and delivery with business team
Proactive with Valuable Problem solving skills
Able to work independently
Quick learner
