Task to include but not limited to:
Greeting clients in a profession manner upon arrival
Gathering client information and proper turnover to the Sales department
Answering phones in a timely fashion
Filing documents and maintaining filing systems
Data Entry and cash reconciliation
Shuttling customers and vehicles
Maintain cleanliness in client-facing areas
Scanning documents into systems
Handle special requests with efficiency and discretion
Must Haves:
Excellent customer service skills
Positive, can do attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Proficient using Microsoft office
Valid driver’s license
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
