You'll also coach Associate Doctors on protocols, manage performance reviews, and contribute to achieving store success through effective teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Doctor of Optometry degree required
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices
Excellent organization and time management skills
