Role Description

Job Summary • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Release Manager to lead and coordinate application releases across UAT and Production environments.
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring successful deployments, adherence to change management processes, and effective collaboration across technology, business, project, and operational teams.
The ideal candidate will possess robust release governance experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent releases in a quick-paced enterprise setting. How you’ll succeed • Release Management: Oversee and manage UAT and PROD code releases, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with technology, project, business, and TO teams to generate candidate lists and support all phases of release implementation.
Promotion Package Oversight: Create and manage promotion packages,



ensuring completeness and accuracy for each release.
Change Ticket Administration: Create, track, and manage change tickets to facilitate smooth release processes.
Artifact Collection Validation: Gather required artifacts and coordinate validation activities with business and tech teams.
Audit Compliance: Address audit and change management related items, maintaining documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Process Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements to optimize release management processes.
