Handle cash and digital payments securely, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift
Provide friendly, professional guest services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly with positive solutions
Support onboarding of new customers by explaining policies and guiding them through processes




Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions for reporting purposes

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service environments preferred
Experience working with children is a plus, especially if involved in educational or entertainment settings
Robust public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse audiences
Excellent cash handling skills with attention to accuracy and security
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment
Familiarity with online communication tools such as live chat platforms, video conferencing, and email systems
High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure professionalism during calls
