The position involves leading maintenance operations at the Aerospace Research Centre. As an Aircraft Crew Chief, you will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while managing aircraft inspections, certifications, and modifications. Collaborating with engineers and partners, you will help drive critical research initiatives that shape the future of aerospace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan aircraft maintenance schedules effectively • Ensure proper inspection and certification processes • Supervise maintenance engineers on various aircraft • Coordinate modifications and project installations • Maintain and manage technical record documentation
Requirements: • Must hold a Transport Canada AME “M1” licence • Significant experience in heavy aircraft maintenance • Basic experience as an Aircraft Crew Chief managing projects • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards • Availability for field project deployments
