Oversee operations and strategic planning of CIM
Lead cutting-edge clinical research and service development




Manage budgeting and financial sustainability
Build partnerships with academics and industry sponsors
Supervise staff to enhance research service quality Requirements:
Health-related Bachelor's degree; Master’s or PhD preferred
10 years’ experience in relevant environments
Minimum 5 years managing teams
In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulations
