About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Community Engagement Executive to help us grow and strengthen the Maneframe community.

In this role, you’ll build relationships with hair professionals, attend industry events, engage with salons, and help create an exceptional community experience. If you enjoy meeting current people, networking, and making meaningful connections, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with hairstylists, salon owners, educators, and beauty professionals.

Visit salons, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the Maneframe community.

Welcome new members and help them get involved with the platform.

Gather feedback from community members and share insights with the team.

Support community events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.





Represent the Maneframe brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Work closely with the marketing and community teams to grow awareness and participation.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, hospitality, community engagement, client relations, or a similar people-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, outgoing, and confident when interacting with new people.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Comfortable attending events and visiting salons within the GTA.

Experience in the qualified hair or beauty industry is a strong asset but not required.
