Your responsibilities include distributing safer drug use supplies, offering overdose training, and supervising consumption in various community settings. You will play an integral role in connecting participants with pharmaceutical alternatives and enhancing their engagement in health and social services. Together with your colleagues, you will champion harm reduction principles. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outreach services in parks, shelters, and clinics
Support clients with naloxone administration and training
Conduct assessments for potential EHR participants
Engage in service user care and systems navigation
Maintain daily charting and statistical records
Requirements:
Two years of harm reduction outreach experience
Solid understanding of substance use issues and local context
Direct service delivery experience in community social services
Conflict resolution and crisis intervention skills
Comfort with a team workplace and peer relationships
