Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized employability skill plans
• Provide onsite mentoring to community participants
• Monitor participant progress towards goals
• Identify and implement necessary accommodations
• Facilitate effective communication and support
Requirements:
• Certification as Disability Support Worker or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in Human Services
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of community resources required
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
