What You'll Do

As our eCommerce Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in bringing luxury merchandise from our studio to our online store. You'll collaborate with our Ecommerce, Studio, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure every product is beautifully presented, accurately described, and ready for customers across Canada to discover.

- Preparing designer handbags, shoes, accessories, and apparel for photography.
- Photographing footwear, handbags, and small leather goods.
- Creating and editing online product listings in Shopify.
- Writing clear, accurate product descriptions and specifications.
- Organizing product information, tagging, and categorizing merchandise.
- Supporting weekly product launches and online merchandising initiatives.
- Reviewing listings for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Maintaining an organized, efficient studio environment.
- Assisting with inventory audits, reporting, and digital merchandising projects.




- Contributing ideas to improve workflow and enhance the online customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who enjoys the blend of creativity and operational detail that eCommerce demands. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, merchandising, studio production, or a related field.
- Experience with Shopify or another eCommerce platform (an asset).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and digital systems.
- An interest in luxury fashion, designer brands, and resale.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating in a supportive team setting.

Bonus points if you have photography experience, digital merchandising knowledge, or familiarity with SEO-but curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
