You’ll help with personal development through life skills training and play an important role in crisis management. Ensuring a safe, clean workplace is critical as you support daily activities and interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure program accessibility for all youth
• Oversee daily life skills programming
• Provide one-on-one counselling and mentorship
• Manage medication and crisis situations
• Maintain documentation and case management
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Child or Youth work
• At least three years of experience with marginalized youth
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Leadership skills and community resource knowledge
• Clean driver's abstract and valid insurance
