The Associate
Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while maintaining adherence to all clinical standards and regulations.
Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and implants.
Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and diagnostic tools.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Utilize Tracker Practice Management Software for patient record management and treatment documentation.
Provide pediatric dental care when necessary, ensuring a gentle approach suitable for children.
Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Maintain sterilization protocols and uphold infection control standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists,
assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training.
Skills
Proficiency with Tracker dental software.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice.
Prior dental office experience demonstrating familiarity with clinical workflows and patient care protocols.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients of diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace while maintaining high standards of patient care.
