Looking to hire a Carpenter for Residential Homebuilding
We are a growing residential home builder in the greater St John's area, and are looking for a reliable, skilled Carpenter to join our team. This role offers full time, year-round employment with consistent hours and a variety of work across all phases of a home build.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interior framing, including stairs, basements, and various scopes
Complete various inspection requirements as needed throughout builds
General site cleanup and organization to maintain a clean and secure job site
Build and finish residential decks
Assist across all stages of turnkey residential construction as required
Finish carpentry considered a stong asset
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites
Knowledge of power tools
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety
Previous experience in residential construction is an asset
