Our client is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager for a 6-month contract starting mid-September or early October 2026. This role provides exposure to audits, compliance, and strategic tax planning. As part of the Corporate Tax team, you will report to the Vice President of Corporate Tax.

Candidates should possess a CPA designation and at least 4 years of corporate tax experience, ensuring robust leadership and problem-solving abilities. You’ll be tasked with simplifying complex tax concepts for senior stakeholders and managing critical tax audits effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise tax audits and authority engagement
Make complex tax issues accessible for senior leaders
Manage tax risks and internal controls effectively
Employ robust analytical and decision-making skills
Engage with global or offshore teams as required Requirements:
CPA and completion of CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Courses Level 1 & 2
Over 4 years of corporate tax experience
Experience in Big 4 public accounting is preferred
Knowledge of transfer pricing and corporate tax law
