Overview

We are seeking a dedicated part-time/ on call position Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting cannabis products and provide them with information on strains, usage, and effects.

We are Educational-Forward, Community Driven & a Wellness Based brand.

Probation - 3Months.

Duties
Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs.
Provide information on various strains, potency, and usage methods.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are correctly labeled and priced.
Keep the dispensary clean and organized.
Upsell products which a customer needs rather than want.
Handle cash transactions accurately.
Making sure the display cases and store is neat and clean.

-Ready to work in other stores if required will be an assert.

Qualifications
Need Sell Protected Certification.




Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
Ability to lift heavy items as needed
Experience in cashiering or retail sales preferred
Knowledge of cannabis strains and products is advantageous
Leadership skills to guide customers in their selections.
