In this hands-on position, you will partner with teams across Product, Sales, and more, delivering strategic legal insights. Your work will involve drafting complex agreements while addressing commercial objectives and legal risks. You'll also contribute to various legal matters across international jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
Advise on complex technology, SaaS, and commercial agreements
Lead negotiations for bespoke commercial arrangements
Support recent business initiatives and strategic projects
Engage with external legal advisors when needed
Contribute to improving legal processes and resources

Requirements:
10+ years’ law experience, including private practice
Proven expertise in technology and commercial law
Solid negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage complex legal issues autonomously
Law degree and Canadian practice license
