Title: BA/PM (Business Analyst + Project Manager) Salesforce Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 12 + Months Contract Description: This is a Business-facing BA/PM (Business Analyst + Project Manager) role supporting client's Canada business team.

The person will spend 80% of the time with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, managing feature delivery, coordinating with global teams, and supporting Salesforce-based business initiatives.

Profile: BA-PM role this is 80% business facing role and sit in business (not IT)

~5 years experience working closely with business to deliver technology products

Lead requirements discussions with business

Drive requirements delivery with WW team





Manage all SDLC phases to deliver feature changes to Canada business

Conduct Testing

Plan and support rollout activities - training, comms and post GoLive support

Majority Salesforce project + Other non projects

SFDC experience desired (Sales / Marketing Campaign).

Candidate will support capabilities built on Salesforce

Robust communication skills to lead and manage product feature discussions and delivery with business team

Proactive with Positive Problem solving skills

Able to work independently
