Position Summary: To enter all of the information on the corresponding bills accurately and efficiently as well as required to match and manifest loads
Hours: Night Shift 1930 & 22:30 starting times
Position Responsibilities:
Strong attention to detail
Bill accounts with accurate data entry
Knowledge of transportation bills of lading and terminology.
Knowledge of client database.
Auditing of invoices to confirm all information has been captured.
Assist members of the team
Data entry
Match loads
Manifest trailers
Faxing and photocopying
Position Qualifications:
Previous experience with Microsoft Office software is considered an asset.
Previous experience with Customs/Brokerage is considered an asset.
Excellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment within a high-functioning team.
Ability to rapidly learn and perform tasks related to the department or units’ regulations, policies, rules, functions, procedures, or processes.
Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
