We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a courteous manner
Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with precision
Conduct product demos and provide information on merchandise to enhance customer engagement
Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as needed
Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required

Skills




Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling, and merchandising strategies
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and phone etiquette
Technical sales experience or product demo skills are advantageous for promoting specialized items
Multilingual capabilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively
