Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and medical instructions
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Support patients with medical procedures or treatments under supervision, utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices
Maintain a clean and protected environment through regular cleaning and organization of living spaces
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation




Assist with light housekeeping tasks and ensure the overall comfort of clients in their homes or care facilities

Skills
Prior experience working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings is highly valued
Strong understanding of senior care needs and experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and medical terminology
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting with mobility or transfers
Excellent communication skills for case management and coordinating with healthcare teams
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to provide patient-centered care
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively while following hospice or medical protocols
