About the Role: As an Assistant Manager at UNA pizza + wine, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurants. You'll work closely with our General Managers to ensure smooth operations, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to the overall success of our locations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily operations
Support and mentor a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and performance
Help manage inventory, budgets, and operational costs
Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
Implement and uphold UNA pizza + wine’s standards for quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies to boost sales and efficiency

5+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Robust leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team
